PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
The one to one personal training sessions in your home or outdoors are tailored specifically to your needs. The training sessions include warm-up, assisted stretching, workout routines, and cool down. We will be training to get you to your fitness goals in a quick, consistent manner.
NUTRITION
Get your nutrition right and you will be half way towards your goals, remember abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. Whether you want to lose weight and get slim or build some muscle, eating healthy will get there as quickly as possible and you will feel great at the same time.
WEIGHT LOSS & TONING
Tired of being overweight and flabby? As your personal trainer I will show the quickest and best way to slim down and stay slim. Eating healthy and exercising properly is essential to losing weight; combine that with great resistance training and you will end up with a slim toned body.
MUSCLE TONING AND BUILDING
Muscles burn calories. Building up your muscle tone not only makes you look good but also increases your metabolism. My resistance training will tone up and strengthen your body. Get firm and look great!
CORE STRENGTH
Your core muscles are the ones that help stabilize your body and keep your posture correct. If you have bad back or poor core strength get some personal training sessions. I have a wide range of great core exercises to give you a strong core and a flat stomach.

The solid fundamental training I put you through will program your muscle memory with great basketball technique. I will also train you to think like a champion so that you always want to take the game winning shot. When you walk on the court you will believe you are a champion!

I will use my unique knowledge of basketball training and tennis training to give you great conditioning. OBSTACLE RACE COACHING AND CONDITIONING
For the athletes that likes to push themselves, I offer obstacle race training.
These races combine running and obstacles. They are incredibly challenging. Just being able to complete one of these obstacle races is a great accomplishment.
Obstacles races such as the Spartan Race and Terrain Race come to our area multiple times a year. Thousands of people of all ages run in them. They are a lot of fun for the whole family. In the last race a fit 62-year Mother beat her son.
I have discovered that signing up to run in an obstacle races is a great motivator for you to get in shape.
